Assigning Emails

You can have email sent automatically to your customers (or yourself) when they perform common actions, such as:

Here's how to assign emails to events if you have multiple web sites on the NETbilling system:

Email templates sent to merchant

Emails that you will receive as different transactions and events happen are described below. Simply choose the email you want sent from the pop-up menu next to the event and click Apply at the bottom of the page.

Emails that your customers will receive as different transactions and events happen are described below. Simply choose the email you want sent from the pop-up menu next to the event and click Apply at the bottom of the page.
