Email editor

Unlike other systems where you are only allowed to customize receipt headers and footers (if you're allowed to customize them at all), NETbilling's email system is completely customizable. You can write the text, and insert nearly any data from the database, from the customer name to the transaction details.

Because most merchants will not want to create these emails from scratch, the system contains email templates that merchants can copy and then alter.

• Click EMAIL EDITOR
• Click USE THIS TEMPLATE to copy a template (if you wish)
• Click EDIT next to the email you want to change
• Edit the email. At the bottom of the page there is a comprehensive list of all the fields that are available to be put into an email. To add one to your email, simply scroll through the list and click on the field name. It will be added to the end of the email you are editing. You can then copy and paste it where you want it to appear in the email.
• Click APPLY
