The Terms of Service outline the requirements and responsibility for all users of the NETbilling. It is the user's responsibility to agree to them upon using the system for the first time, and it is also the user's responsibility to check them regularly for updates.

The Terms of Service are presented to the user the first time they login, and can also be viewed by clicking the link labeled "TOS" at the bottom of each and every page in the NETbilling system.
