From the Fraud Defense settings screen, click "View/Edit your negative database entries" under the section labeled Negative Database
The Negative Database feature stores credit card numbers, addresses, and other information, and rejects any transactions with those numbers or addresses.
Here is an example of how to use this feature.
If there is a problem with someone from a particular country coming in and making fraudulent purchases or trying to test credit cards using your website, the NETbilling Negative Database can be used to can block an entire country from attempting to process anything through your NETbilling payment page. There are several categories you can fill in on each line of the Negative Database, but it only takes one box filled in to reject a transaction. Here's how to do it:
That's it! Now anyone from domains ending in .xyz will be blocked from making any type of purchases through your site.
Try to enter some other information into the Negative Database now. You can enter any of the following kinds of information in the corresponding boxes:
You may also add a note to remind yourself why you added this to the Negative Database in the first place. Simply write that information in the box marked NOTE.
